In this case, Aecor Sports & Nutrition is pleased to accept your refund and return requests, if they subject to the following conditions :
· The merchandise must be received by Aecor Sports & Nutrition after a maximum of 72 hours of your purchase. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
· If the product is a dietary supplement or a consumable product, it must be unopened and unused.
· If the product is sports equipment, accessories or sportswear, it must be in its original packaging with the label, clean, free of wear and unwashed.
· If the product is purchased from the website, you must complete a refund request and send it to us.
· Any defect or markings caused by you on the product will eliminate any chances of a refund or a return. The product must remain intact.
· Aecor Sports & Nutrition do not accept returns or funds of any promotional products.
· « Promotional items » are defined as : packs, stacks, discounted products and free products. No refunds will be offered for these items.
